Website accessibility

Explore in
your own way.

The pages are designed for reading at your own pace, with clear labels and keyboard controls. Here is how to use the features currently included.

Reading & navigation

Use your browser’s zoom controls to make the text larger. Pages adapt to narrow screens; open Menu to find the page links when space is limited. A “Skip to content” link appears when reached with the keyboard.

Keyboard use

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls; an outline shows where you are. Open Menu with Enter or Space and close it with Escape. On the FAQs page, use Enter or Space to open and close an answer.

Forms & photography

Form fields have visible labels. A missing choice produces an explanation, and the sample result is announced on screen readers. Personal fields are read-only and nothing is sent. Photographs have descriptive alternative text, illustrative captions and a separate photo-credits page.

Motion & display

Use Play/Pause to control the silent homepage film. If your device requests reduced motion, the film waits for you to play it. The photograph strip moves only when you scroll it or use its arrow buttons.

Event participation is separate

For an event, check transport, venue access, pace and available support separately. The website’s features do not tell you whether a particular activity or location will meet your needs.

The club has not yet supplied a live website-feedback contact. This page describes the features implemented; it is not a certified accessibility assessment.
